Toppbox

Two weeks ago, I received a great gift from Toppbox. I was so happy when I received it as it is my first monthly box. Nowadays, there are different companies that offer this service and I think it is totally worthy to sign it for Toppbox, just clicking here.

For those who do not know what Toppbox is, it is a monthly subscription grooming and skincare box for men. Their boxes include between 4 and 5 products and they are always from top brands. Each month you can receive a box directly to your door, so what more we can ask for? If you check on their website, you can see some of the products that have been included in previous boxes and have an idea.

The price is £19.00, and you can choose if you want to receive every month, every two months or every three months. They dispatch the box the 15 of each month and you will receive it around two days after, also, you can still receive the box even if you live outside of UK.

FEBRUARY BOX

I received this box in mid-February, in a nice padded parcel so until I opened it, I did not know what was inside. As you can see in the pictures, this is a blue carton box and it includes 5 products:

All of them are a day to day products that you can use in your grooming routine from the morning to the evening. Going more into details.,

Men’s Anti-Shine Mattifying Gel

This Back to matte gel comes in a 35ml tube. The gel will help to provide a matte look to your face. The oil from our skin creates a shiny look, this is because during the day the sebaceous glands will produce the oil that will stick in our skin. However, this product will stop this process but without blocking the pores, this is a usual problem with other products, they block the pores and generate black head, but this won’t happen with this product.

Up Roar Deodorant

I was surprised when I saw this product, my previous experiences with a roll-on deodorant have not been good, normally they have a big quantity of alcohol that supports ingrown hairs and I finish having pain and big spots. However, I have been using this deodorant now for two weeks and I am totally fine. It is natural deodorant that combines fresh citrus tones of grapefruit with woody notes of rosemary and frankincense.

Caffeinated Shampoo & Body Wash

It is made from a blend of caffeine, zinc & eucalyptus oil, the perfect combination to use in your morning shower before going to work as it will help you to wake up and get ready to start the day.

As the previous product, this one is totally natural con surfactant derived from coconut, providing gentle cleansing without stripping the skin and hair.

Teeth Whitening

The Dual Foam teeth whitening system. This product will help you to clean your teeth from stains. The formula uses, penetrates quickly into your teeth. This pack is not difficult to use, you just simply brush your teeth with the foam and repeat the action until you see the progression.

Shaving Cream

This shaving cream comes in small sachets which make it easy to bring home or travel. It

includes Argan and Sandalwood oils that will help to make the shaving smoother and minimize the skin irritation. The shaving cream is loaded with glycerin, plant extracts, and essential oils which lock in moisture, keeping your skin hydrated. A great point from it, it is parabens and colouring free, for me, it is really important as my skin is really sensitive when I have a shave.
